I'm having this delicious healthy bread for breakfast right now, feel that I have to share the recipe with u guys!

, I just change the raspberry with mango because I don't have any raspberry at home. But the mango became great too! I suppose u can use other fruit like blueberries, strawberries, banana etc. The bread is 100 % gluten free.
0,5 dl coconur flour
1,5 dl almond flour
0,25 dl ground flaxseeds
1,5 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla powder
a pinch of sea salt
4 medium whole eggs
200 g mango (or any other fruit)
Preheat oven at 200 degrees. Whisk the eggs together. Add the rest except the mango which u'll pour gently in the end. Add some of the mango to the top. Don't forget to oil and crumb the baking stray before you put the batter in. Bake for 20', until golden brown and nomnombombom! Store in the fridge.
